Board Minutes – 1/6/20

Meeting started @ 8:00

Attendees: Mike Erickson, Mark Mona, JP Grasso, Mike Oney, Steve Woronecki, Rachel DeAlfi, Bryan Stegman, Hank Savelli, Mark Janick, Melissa Janick, Nick Burton, Jim Cox, Kristine Vincent, Bridget Green-Salmon

Times for the winter clinic should be as followed:

12-1 AA

1-2 AAA

2-3 Softball

3-4 Majors

An email should be sent out tonight with the proposed time frames for the clinic as well as posted on Facebook.

Opening day tentatively planned for the last Saturday in April.

Bill O’Neill passed away last year and donations were sent to WLLL in his behalf. League collected over $400.

Proposed date for May 30th for the WLLL party.

Proposals were voted on and approved for changes to the constitution and bylaws. Updates will be filed and sent to the board.

February 22 is the date for the league’s fundraiser with the Hartford Wolfpack.

Sweatshirts will be ordered for opening day. 24 girls and 24 boys. Ms. DeAlfi also offered to see sweatshirts/t-shirts at games throughout the season if she if provided game schedules.
